Adoption Associates is committed to helping families, individuals, and children through adoption by preparing, nurturing, and advocating throughout the process. We provide home studies, pre and post adoption support services, and counseling to birth families. We are committed to giving hope, creating strength, and empowering lives through training, education, and intervention.

    Meet Our Team

Jane Baker (Founder and CEO) is the founder and CEO of Adoption Associates and has worked in adoption and foster care for over twenty years. She states she is privileged to work with Kristen and Mary who both provide professional, courteous, and timely services to all of our clients.  Jane has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has an LICSW license to practice in the State of Alabama.  She is also in private practice specializing in adoption issues and trauma.

Adoption in all of its forms is close to Jane’s heart.  She loves working with adoptive families and birth families as well as other agencies and attorneys.  Adoption is part of our family life and she feels blessed by these wondrous additions.

Jane loves to garden and read, but she especially loves traveling and completing art projects with her grandchildren. 

Mary Fuller (Marketing and Administrative) graduated from Calhoun Community College and has been a Registered Nurse since 2009. Mary is the bread and butter of Adoption Associates operations. She manages and leads all marketing and administration needs from the beginining of the applicaton process to the end. She has over twelve years of experience working with adults, children, and families. Mary has worked at Adoption Associates for the past year providing services to North Alabama. Mary is a mother of three girls, who enjoys reading, traveling, gardening, and the adventures of family life.

Kristen Gregory (Adoption Specialist) is an LICSW in the State of Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS in Human Environmental Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She has practiced in the field of social work for 9 years and worked in the field of adoption for the past 5 years providing services consisting of homestudies, post placement visits, and birth parent interviews. Kristen is also in private practice working with children, adults, and families. She is married and enjoys spending time with her son, family, reading, and traveling whenever possible.
